Sadhya Educational Trust was set up in the year 2002, to be a Resource Center for parents of children with hearing loss.
Parents, on suspecting that their child might not be hearing or is not speaking, begin to seek help from various sources. These include pediatricians, ENT Doctors, auditory verbal therapists, audiologists, speech therapists, hearing aid specialists, special schools, counsellors and even friends.
At our Center, we aim to provide one-on-one counselling and early intervention following auditory verbal therapy approach. We refer our parents to the appropriate specialists and encourage them to learn from various sources. Parents require information on various options and methods to enable them to take decisions regarding speech, language and education of their child who has a hearing loss.
